48-hour Missouri Salesperson Pre-Exam Evenings

Locations: 3433 S Campbell Ave Suite E Springfield, MO 65807.

Class hours:
– 48-hour Missouri Salesperson Pre-Exam: Mon-Fri 6-10 pm, Sat 8:30 am-5:30 pm (1st week), Mon-Fri 6-10 pm (2nd week)
– 24-hour MREP class: Mon-Fri 6-10 pm (3rd week)

Full attendance is required
– Arrive on time, no calls or texting during class.
– Unexcused absences can be made up at $20/hour with approval from us, not the instructor.

Choose your courses below: *New unlicensed candidates obtaining a MO real estate license are required to take both classes (72-hours). *If you are a salesperson licensed in another state, the 24-hour MREP course is the only required course.

  • Choose your 48 hour Pre-Exam Course first.
  • Choose the start date of your 24 hour course. You will have 6 months from the ending date of your 48-hour pre-exam course to apply for your license. You do NOT need to take the 24 hour MREP course right away, but you do need to take it in order to apply for license. If you are unsure which MREP course you want to take, you can let your instructor know at a future date which course you will take.

48-hour Salesperson Pre-Exam Springfield/Evenings

This is the first required course in the 72-hour required prelicense courses. The schedule is as follows:

  • Week one: Monday – Friday 6-10pm AND Saturday 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Week two: Monday – Friday 6-10pm (no Saturday)

If you are registering for the required 24 hour MREP class, it meets:

  • Week three: Monday – Friday 6-10pm AND Saturday 8:30am – 1:30pm

This course prepares the student to take the Missouri real estate salesperson exam.

The two week class schedule is as follows:

Tuesday -Friday Evening: 6 – 10pm
Saturday: 8am – 5pm
The schedule is repeated the following week
