Real Estate School of the Ozarks is Southwest Missouri’s source for quality real estate education. We offer Missouri Prelicensing courses, continuing education and career path learning to help you excel in your real estate career. Additionally, we offer online real estate courses through our affiliate partner, Global Real Estate School.

Instructors
Katie Anthony
Katie has been affiliated with real estate for over 25 years. She is a licensed Missouri broker. Her focus is on education, believing that there is never too much to learn in an agent’s ever-changing real estate career. Passionate about students learning right from the start, she teaches the Missouri Pre-Exam course using her real estate background as a guide for the students. Not a lot of war stories, but a professional approach to the upcoming agent’s career. Katie has been the Education Director at real estate associations in Iowa City, Iowa, and Springfield, Missouri. She is a past certified instructor under the Iowa Real Estate Commission. She holds the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and At Home with Diversity (AHWD) certifications issued by the Real Estate Buyers Agency Council (REBAC) and is a contributing author and editor for Kaplan Real Estate Education, PDH Academy, and other online and live schools.
Caleb Anthony
Caleb has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1997. He has an extensive background in property management. After working with Century 21® in Iowa City, where he worked mostly with investors, he started his own company, focusing in property management and real estate investments.
Caleb is an active Missouri broker. He joined RESOzarks as a pre-license instructor in 2016. His management and training experience is a most welcome addition to our instructor cadre.
