3 hours Core. This course is approved for continuing education by the Missouri Real Estate Commission.

In this course the student will be able to answer questions about brokerage relationship conformation and the changing of relationships. The student will identify “fact” or “fiction” items that are specific to fair housing practices. Students will review specific fair housing issues that are part of everyday practices and challenges. Additionally, the student will be able to better identify points centered on representation, commission and relationships. Finally, students will learn or be reminded of seven + specific items addressed in Missouri’s statutes, rules and regulations.

Refund policy: Full refund less $10 administrative fee per canceled class up to 48 hours before class start time, after which no refund will be issued.
