CORE: The Code of Ethics

3 hours approved Missouri CORE. Fulfills NAR Code of Ethics requirement.

This course reviews the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics: history of the Code, application of the Code of Ethics in dealing with customers, clients and other REALTORS®.  We will review how the Code is enforced and discuss case studies and how the Code of Ethics applies in each case.

ELECTIVE: Understanding Credit Reporting

Take a look at credit reporting, the credit bureaus, ways to improve credit, and the history of credit reporting.

3 hour approved Missouri elective continuing education.

ELECTIVE: Communicating with Today’s Tech Savvy Consumer

3 hours elective continuing education credit.

This highly interactive course looks at old and new ways to communicate with the consumer. We will discuss advances in the tech world and how the changes affect, protect, and assist the relationship with the consumer.

CORE: Recognizing and Fighting Housing Discrimination 

3 hours Missouri CORE continuing education. This course reviews the fair housing laws concerning the real estate industry. We will discuss the history of fair housing and look at case studies.
