Elective: Code of Ethics for Street Smart Agents
This course is approved by the Missouri Real Estate Commission for 3 hours elective credit
This course reviews the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics: history of the Code, application of the Code of Ethics in dealing with customers, clients and other REALTORS®. We will review how the Code is enforced and discuss different situations and how the Code of Ethics applies in each case. Finally, we will discuss Pathways to Professionalism, the professional courtesies intended to be used by REALTORS® on a voluntary basis.

Core: Contracts Agency License Law
Approved by Missouri Real Estate Commission for 3 hours Core CE Credit
This course covers the basics of contract law – elements of a contract, types and classification of contracts.We will discuss agency and brokerage relationships, agency contracts, representation, fiduciary duty, etc. Finally, is an overview of Missouri Statutes and Rules and how they apply to licensees. This is an interactive course with a lot of discussion and Q&As.

This highly interactive course reviews the highlights of the recent REALTOR® Confidence Index, where the market went in the past year and where it appears to be headed based on those who participated. Topics like return on investment on various home improvement projects, home seller and buyer survey results, and more. Plan for lots of discussion!

Elective: Laws-Legal Landmines & Everyday Wisdom
Approved for three hours elective CE credit by the Missouri Real Estate Commission
This course reminds licensees of the many rules they are presented with in the real estate business, from antitrust to RESPA. We will discuss many issues: advertising words and phrases to avoid, the CAN-SPAM Act, Do Not Call List, Fair Housing issues, etc. There is discussion about lead based paint, RESPA, antitrust law, Regulation Z, and more.
