24-Hour Missouri Real Estate Practice/Days Springfield

Class meets 8:30 – 5:30 Monday – Wednesday.

You may opt to take this class via live webinar. Please indicate on the registration form your learning choice. All students must be present and viewable for the entirety of the class or you will not receive a certificate. There will be a one-hour break for lunch and a 10-minute break every hour.

Springfield Prelicense Days

Class Location: Real Estate School of the Ozarks, LLC 3433 S Campbell Ave. Suite E Springfield, MO 65807 Register for: 48-hour course 24-hour course 72-hour pre-license package (all required courses for new candidates) Both the 48-hour and 24-hour courses are required for licensing and are offered at a discount when purchased as a package.   • Choose your 48-hour Pre-Exam Course first
  • Choose the date of your 24 hour course. You will have 6 months from the ending date of your 48-hour pre-exam course to apply for your license. You do NOT need to take the 24 hour MREP course right away, but you do need to take it in order to apply for license. If you are unsure which MREP course you want to take, you can let your instructor know at a future date which course you will take.

  • Please check your email for communication regarding your class.
  • Refunds: A full refund will be issued for those who cancel registration up to five calendar days before the start day of the class. No refunds after that, but a credit for the amount paid will be applied to the registrant's account for one year.

  • You will receive emails and text messages from RESOzarks for information about your class or the school. We do not sell your information.
